I'm a Cognitive Behavioral Coach in Seattle with 15+ years of experience using CBT principles to help professionals identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that no longer serve them.
Whether you're navigating a career transition, adapting to rapid industry changes, or facing new challenges that require different approaches, I help you understand why you repeat certain cycles and how to move forward sustainably.

Develop a life of peace and resilience
Akeso (pronounced ah-KEE-so) is the name of an ancient Greek goddess who stands for the healing process (rather than a cure). The name was chosen to emphasize that meaningful change takes time and happens through incremental steps.
My approach combines:
Evidence-based cognitive behavioral techniques
Combined American & European perspectives on work-life integration
Deep understanding of systemic pressures and cultural transitions
Multilingual support (English, German, French)
You might be a good fit if you:
Repeat patterns that no longer work for you
Want an evidence-based approach to personal development
Are navigating career changes, industry shifts, or life transitions
Prefer understanding the "why" behind your thinking and behavior
Seek in-depth coaching that goes beyond surface-level strategies
Why Akeso Coaching?
How does it work?
The process begins with a complimentary 15-minute discovery consultation, where we'll discuss your specific situation and determine if cognitive behavioral coaching is a good fit for your goals.
If we decide to work together, our initial sessions focus on identifying the specific thought patterns that hold you back and developing practical strategies using proven CBT techniques. Sessions are structured and goal-oriented, with clear action steps between meetings.
You are my sole contractual partner, and complete confidentiality is maintained. I prioritize in-person coaching at my White Center office, creating a dedicated space for focused work without digital distractions.
Regular sessions every 1 to 2 weeks provide the consistency needed for lasting pattern change. Many clients begin to notice shifts within the first few sessions, though lasting change typically requires several months of consistent work.
Please note: Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice, and late changes may incur fees.

Akeso Coaching acknowledges and is honored to work and live on the unceded ancestral territories of the indigenous Southern Coast Salish, Duwamish (dxʷdəwʔabš) people.
